By accessing or using Ghion Growth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or platform notification.
You may use our platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: share your account credentials; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; use automated tools to scrape content; or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.
All content on Ghion Growth, including business blueprints, sales scripts, AI prompts, and design assets, is owned by or licensed to Ghion Growth. You may use content for personal business purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or publish it without written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial billing periods.
Ghion Growth provides business blueprints for educational and strategic purposes only. We do not guarantee specific financial results. All business decisions are your own responsibility. Content is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghion Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
